You retain ownership of the spreadsheets you upload and the reports you create. You grant us the limited rights necessary to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and use any data you bring to the service.

• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, though certain provisions survive by their nature.
